SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Free curbside freight delivery is included within the 48 contiguous United States. Residential freight delivery includes liftgate service. Delivery requires safe tractor-trailer access. The customer is responsible for moving the shipment from the curbside delivery point. Inside, garage and driveway delivery are not included.

WARRANTY

Nature’s Generator’s standard one-year limited warranty applies when this battery is purchased separately. A five-year limited warranty applies when it is included in a qualifying MyGrid 10K bundle purchased through an authorized reseller. Please contact The YardSpace Co. first if assistance is needed. We will provide initial support and coordinate with Nature’s Generator when manufacturer troubleshooting, warranty or repair assistance is required. Coverage, exclusions and remedies are subject to Nature’s Generator’s full warranty terms.
