Delivery & Setup Guides

Delivery and setup requirements vary by product. Use this guide to prepare, then review the individual product page and manufacturer instructions for product-specific requirements.

Before Ordering

  • Confirm that the product dimensions fit the intended location.
  • Measure gates, driveways, turns, overhead clearance, and any other access points.
  • Review assembly, foundation, anchoring, electrical, plumbing, and equipment requirements.
  • Confirm local permit, zoning, setback, utility, and homeowners-association rules.

For Parcel Deliveries

Track the shipment when tracking is provided. Inspect cartons promptly after arrival and keep all packaging until you confirm the contents are complete and undamaged.

For Freight Deliveries

Large products may arrive by freight carrier. Unless the product page states otherwise, expect curbside delivery rather than placement inside a home, garage, yard, or prepared site.

  • Watch for a call, text, or email from the carrier to schedule delivery.
  • Ensure the delivery location is accessible to the carrier's vehicle.
  • Arrange capable help and suitable equipment for moving heavy cartons or pallets after curbside delivery.
  • Do not assume the driver will provide assembly, placement, or debris removal.

Inspect Before Accepting

Examine the shipment for visible damage, missing cartons, punctures, crushed corners, or broken wrapping. Note visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing, take clear photographs, and contact us promptly. Keep the product, cartons, pallet, and packing materials while the issue is reviewed.

Prepare the Site

Follow the manufacturer's instructions for surface, foundation, clearance, drainage, ventilation, anchoring, and environmental conditions. Do not begin assembly until all parts are identified and the site is ready.
