Where a manufacturer has additional cancellation, return, warranty, shipping, or restocking requirements for a particular product, those requirements may also apply when properly disclosed before purchase.

Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.
The price charged for a product will generally be the price displayed when the order is placed and confirmed in the order confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated, applicable sales taxes may be added at checkout.
The YardSpace Co. LLC may offer free standard shipping on eligible products or orders.
When free shipping is offered, the product price includes standard outbound shipping and the standard delivery services described in our Shipping Policy. For freight orders, this includes standard curbside delivery and liftgate service when required and available.
Customers may remain responsible for additional costs resulting from an inaccurate or incomplete delivery address, an undisclosed access restriction, a missed delivery appointment, redelivery, storage, address corrections, customer-requested delivery upgrades, or services requested outside the standard delivery service.
Any known customer-responsible charge will be explained and approved before fulfillment whenever reasonably possible.
Promotional pricing may be subject to separate terms and conditions. If promotional terms conflict with these Terms, the applicable promotional terms will govern that promotion.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, shipping, and account information. You also agree to promptly update your information when necessary so that we can complete transactions and contact you regarding your order.

We cannot guarantee delivery dates.
Delivery may be affected by circumstances including:

- Manufacturer delays

- Supply-chain disruptions
- Labor disruptions
- Road conditions
- Delivery-area restrictions
- Freight-terminal congestion
- Events outside our reasonable control
The YardSpace Co. LLC is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, manufacturers, suppliers, or circumstances outside our reasonable control, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
Risk of loss and title to purchased products pass in accordance with applicable law and our Shipping Policy.
Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon delivery.
Visible damage should be documented with the carrier whenever possible and reported to The YardSpace Co. LLC within the timeframe stated in our Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy or the applicable manufacturer policy.

However, purchases made through our store are transactions directly between you and The YardSpace Co. LLC.
Shopify is not the seller of products purchased from The YardSpace Co. LLC and is not responsible for our products, product fulfillment, customer service, manufacturer relationships, delivery, returns, or warranties.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Shopify and its affiliates will not be responsible for claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising directly from products purchased from The YardSpace Co. LLC.

- Manufacturer information will never change
