The 5-Shelf Premier combines household-friendly capacity with the controls and stainless-steel plumbing found throughout the Stay Fresh lineup. It handles up to 18 lb of fresh food per batch and includes the pump and supplies needed to seal the first batch.

WHAT’S INCLUDED

WARRANTY
This freeze dryer is covered by Stay Fresh Technology’s manufacturer warranty. For U.S. purchases, the freeze dryer and included vacuum pump are covered for one year from the date of delivery against defects in materials or workmanship when installed, used and maintained according to the manufacturer’s instructions. The refrigeration system is covered by a limited warranty during years two and three. No product registration is required. Keep your order receipt, as Stay Fresh uses it to locate the order. Coverage, exclusions and available remedies are determined by Stay Fresh Technology under its complete warranty terms.
If you experience a problem, contact The YardSpace Co. first with your order number or receipt, a description of the issue and any requested photos or video. We will assist with initial troubleshooting and coordinate or direct the warranty request to Stay Fresh Technology when escalation is needed. Stay Fresh handles authorized warranty shipping and repair arrangements. Do not return the product, replace parts or arrange repairs without authorization.
