The Mega is the highest-capacity Stay Fresh machine, designed for high-volume households and businesses selling freeze-dried foods. Its six oversized trays provide 1,733 sq. in. of drying surface and handle loads of up to 50 lb.

Warranty
Includes a one-year full warranty on the freeze dryer and vacuum pump, plus limited coverage during years two and three for the refrigeration system. Stay Fresh provides free technical support for the life of the machine. Coverage is subject to Stay Fresh’s complete warranty terms.
Delivery & Returns
Shipping to the contiguous United States is included. The machine ships on a pallet for curbside delivery, and the carrier schedules an appointment using the customer’s valid address and phone number. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and international destinations require a quote. Returns are accepted within 60 days in the original packaging; buyer-remorse returns are subject to return shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
